In this role, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head/sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times. You will manage your station, oversee the production of all dishes assigned to you, maintain high quality standards in presentation and taste, and keep your area clean and well stocked. Collaboration with the head chef on menu development and new recipe innovation is also a key part of this role.

Experience
Proven experience working in a hospitality environment, fine dining experience is essential.

Qualifications
