As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times. You will manage your station, oversee production of all dishes assigned to you, maintain supplies and cleanliness, and uphold high quality standards in presentation and taste. Collaboration with the team is essential, and you will assist colleagues as needed. You will also work with the head chef to develop and taste new recipes, providing suggestions for innovation. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of your kitchen area and equipment is a key responsibility.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience working in a hospitality environment, fine dining experience is essential.

Qualifications
