As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are always met. You will manage your station, oversee dish production, maintain cleanliness and supplies, and collaborate with the team. You will also assist in menu development by working with the head chef to create and taste new recipes, suggesting improvements or innovations.
Your responsibilities include maintaining high quality standards for all dishes, ensuring presentation and taste are consistently excellent, communicating effectively with team members, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
