As a Chef de Partie, you will deliver high-quality breakfast and lunch for up to 70 people daily, supporting premium hospitality and events. You will work with top-quality, seasonal produce in a creative, fast-paced kitchen that prides itself on excellence and attention to detail.
This is a client-facing role requiring confidence, professionalism, and excellent presentation, with the ability to engage customers during service. Your responsibilities will include food preparation according to recipes and standards, station management, quality control, team collaboration, menu development alongside the head chef, and maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and equipment.
Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
