As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety at all times. You will manage your station, oversee dish production, maintain supplies and cleanliness, and uphold high quality standards in presentation and taste. Collaboration with team members and support across the kitchen is essential. You will also contribute to menu development by working with the head chef to create and improve recipes. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of your designated kitchen area and equipment is a key responsibility.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
