In this role, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head/sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times. You will oversee the production of all dishes assigned to your station, maintain high quality standards in presentation and taste, and collaborate with the head chef on menu development. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of your kitchen area and equipment is also essential.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
