We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our exceptional Retail Culinary team at a leading global investment bank in Central London. Key responsibilities include preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head/sous chef, managing your station and supplies, maintaining high quality and presentation standards, collaborating with the team, contributing to menu development, and ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of your kitchen area and equipment.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie for at least 3 years.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Qualifications
