As a Hospitality / Events Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the catering operation in line with company policies, client requirements and financial constraints. You will provide leadership and guidance to all team members to ensure a positive customer experience under the guidance of the Manager.
You will work closely with the line manager to monitor staff performance, carry out appraisals, and identify training needs and potential. You will run evening and day events in line with client expectations, delivering high standards of service.
Ensuring customers receive prompt and efficient service, consistently exceeding their food service and value expectations, will be key. You will also conduct Food Safety and Health and Safety Risk Assessments, maintaining all hygiene and safety standards and procedures.
Experience
Experience in a supervisory or team leader role, ideally within contract catering or hospitality.
Events and fine dining experience is mandatory.
