About the Role
Reporting directly to the Head Chef and deputising in their absence, you will work closely with the Head Chef and Group Executive Chef to develop new menu ideas and improve our offerings. You will ensure the highest food quality standards at all times and lead the chef team by motivating and setting a strong example. Responsibilities include overseeing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control in conjunction with the Head Chef. You will also ensure all food safety and health and safety procedures are maintained to the highest standard.

Experience working in high volume kitchens is essential.
