About the Role
Provide a genuinely welcoming and memorable experience for our guests, from a warm welcome to handling any questions and assisting with requests. Take reservations over the phone, handle cash and card payments, and occasionally support the team on the floor. Anticipate guests’ needs and proactively provide solutions to ensure their expectations are not only met but exceeded.
