About the Role
We're Sam Harrison and Fanny Stocker — founders of Sam's Riverside in Hammersmith and Sam's Waterside in Brentford, two Michelin Guide-listed brasseries in West London. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, family-like environment where our team members are valued and invested in. Sam works alongside the team regularly because we believe in leading from the front.

We are passionate about hospitality and believe it should be a joy for both our guests and our staff. We are looking for front of house staff including hosts, waiters, and bar staff who love hospitality and take pride in looking after people. Whether you are highly experienced or earlier in your career with the right attitude and passion, we want to hear from you.

What we cannot teach is warmth, work ethic, and genuine pride in the job. If you bring those qualities, we will help you build the rest.

Experience
Experience is welcomed but not essential. We value attitude, warmth, and a genuine passion for hospitality above all.
