About the Role

We are seeking a committed and suitably qualified Lecturer to tutor and teach groups of young people with learning disabilities and SEND on our highly successful supported internship programmes. Working closely with our partners, you will deliver an innovative and ambitious curriculum designed to help interns achieve substantial and sustainable paid employment.
This role requires delivering structured educational programmes focused on employability, working flexibly within a multi-agency team to respond to students’ needs, and providing stimulating, stretching, and individualised teaching to a consistently high standard. You will deliver accredited learning, including work-based learning, and meet awarding body and internal moderation requirements. Excellent communication, organisational skills, and a positive approach to problem solving and innovation are essential.

Experience
Proven experience delivering structured educational programmes to students on employability-focused courses, preferably with young people with learning disabilities and SEND.
Ability to work flexibly as part of a multi-agency team and respond effectively to diverse student needs.

Qualifications
