About the Role
We are looking for a HR Advisor to lead HR operational activities and provide expert guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and policy development. You will ensure compliance with employment law and promote a positive work environment. The role involves working closely with various teams to deliver effective HR solutions and support organisational objectives. Other duties of an appropriate level and nature will also be required.
Experience
- Experience working in a generalist HR role, including all aspects of recruitment.
- Evidence of continuous professional development in HR.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application.

- Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work with discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong IT skills.
- Good time management with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.
