Up to £70,000 plus £5,441 London Weighting depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience, plus an on-target bonus of 15% depending on company performance.

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to be a key player in driving people initiatives that promote commerciality, capability and culture within BBC Studios Scripted. You will partner with senior leaders to drive people strategies, translating strategic priorities into meaningful action and helping to build a high-performing, inclusive and future-focused organisation.
Working within a dynamic television environment, you will support the talented people behind some of the nation's most celebrated television programmes. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will operate within a wider HR community with opportunities to collaborate and lean on each other for support. This role is challenging, rewarding, and unlike any other HR position, requiring agility to operate in a fast-paced, constantly changing production environment.
Experience
- Significant experience leading organisational and cultural change across talent, capability, performance and organisational effectiveness.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong coaching and influencing skills with experience partnering senior leaders to develop talent and improve performance.
- Confidence in leading challenging conversations and providing constructive challenge with empathy and clarity.
- Experience using data, insight and evidence to shape effective people solutions.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and balancing business, individual and organisational priorities.
- Experience working within complex stakeholder environments including union engagement.

Qualifications

- Previous HR Business Partner experience within television, media, broadcasting or other creative industries.
- Experience supporting environments with significant freelance, contingent or project-based workforces.
- Exposure to scripted production environments or creative businesses operating across multiple projects simultaneously.
