About the Role
Unilever Prestige UK Hub is seeking an experienced Interim Supply Chain Projects Manager for a 4-month fixed-term contract. This role balances maintaining smooth day-to-day operations with driving the delivery of a new warehouse opening. Initially, you will lead daily Order to Cash operations across B2B and DTC channels through peak periods, managing 3PL, transport, and carrier partners to ensure service levels and customer commitments are met. From January, the focus will shift towards project delivery, including acting as the operational lead for the new warehouse opening, managing project plans, governance, and stakeholder alignment. You will lead warehouse readiness planning, including inventory planning, ERP–WMS integration, testing, and customer communications. Additionally, you will support other supply chain projects as required and ensure all project activities are fully documented and handed over at contract end. This role requires close collaboration with Commercial, Planning, Finance, and brand teams to protect customer service throughout implementation.
Experience
- Proven experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics management, ideally within fast-paced, multi-channel FMCG, beauty, or retail environments.
- Hands-on experience managing 3PL partners and delivering new warehouse openings or implementations from requirements through readiness.
- Essential ERP–WMS integration experience; NetSuite experience preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to build and manage plans, governance, and action logs across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working effectively in fast-paced, high-volume environments, particularly through peak trading periods.
About you
- Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership and make an immediate impact.
- Advanced Excel skills with confidence using operational data to identify issues, diagnose root causes, and drive action.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively across multiple functions.
- Available to start in early November 2026.
