About the Role
The International Growth Marketing Manager, Loyalty & Incentives at Tripadvisor is responsible for defining and deploying culturally relevant loyalty programs and incentives to drive long-term customer lifetime value (LTV) across global markets. This role focuses on understanding how value and loyalty differ across cultures and designing localized incentive structures such as cashback, points, or gamification to maximize engagement. You will audit existing loyalty frameworks for compliance and cultural fit, benchmark growth against local competitors, and leverage AI modeling to predict and retain at-risk customer segments. This position requires collaboration with local vendors to ensure effective regional reward fulfillment and managing promotional budgets across multiple currencies and margin profiles.

Experience
- 5+ years designing, managing, or optimizing customer loyalty programs, incentive strategies, or high-volume retention campaigns.
- Proven experience in loyalty and retention marketing.
- Strategic sourcing experience working with local vendors for regionalized reward fulfillment.
