About the Role
As the strategic architect for Tripadvisor’s 2026 international growth, the Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will be responsible for expanding the Total Addressable Market (TAM) by directing marketing resources, aligning sales efforts, and providing the R&D roadmap with market intelligence to win against entrenched local competitors. With 80% of revenue currently concentrated in the U.S., this role focuses on driving global expansion to achieve a 10% global TAM share. The PMM will analyze competitor gains, translate market-specific friction into R&D requirements, and organize granular, country-specific marketing structures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Market Intelligence & Prioritization: Define the "Win" strategy by analyzing competitors like GetYourGuide and prioritizing R&D efforts to address market-specific challenges such as lower conversion rates on multi-lingual sites.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) & Marketing Orchestration: Direct SEM, SEO, and content teams to develop localized, country-specific campaigns and content that improve SEO, trust, and funnel metrics.
- Sales Enablement & Supply Growth: Identify supply gaps with Sales and Destination Management teams and develop geo-specific assets to support supplier growth.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the operational leader connecting R&D, Marketing, and Supply organizations to integrate international initiatives into quarterly roadmaps.
Success will be measured by increases in international site traffic, product creation, and progress toward the global TAM share target.
