About the Role
Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey. As an International Payroll and Benefits Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for working with external outsourced payroll vendors to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of payroll and benefit services for the UK, European and expat/shadow payrolls. Your key responsibilities will include supporting the delivery of payrolls with external vendors, maintaining standard payroll processes and operating procedures in line with managed service vendor delivery, and supporting audit and compliance activities including implementing approved process improvements. You will manage payroll projects and processes, including UAT testing, and support HR transformation projects where payroll or benefits management is required. Additionally, you will manage escalated payroll and benefit queries, develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Global Mobility, Reward and Tax teams, and work closely with HR Services to support continuous improvement activities. You will also be responsible for the delivery of benefits transactions and associated administration across UK and European payrolls.

Mace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates. Even if you feel you do not fulfil all the criteria, please apply as you may still be the best candidate for this role or another role within our organisation. We are also open to discussing part time, flexible, and hybrid working options if suitable within the role.
