Our environment fosters outperformance through a positive, supportive, fair, and open atmosphere that respects diversity and inclusivity.
This role supports the collection, validation, and reporting of Technology, Data, and AI financial and consumption data. You will prepare FinOps reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics to improve cost transparency and support informed decision-making across the technology estate.
You will collaborate with product, engineering, project, procurement, and finance teams to enhance cost visibility, forecasting, budgeting, governance, and value-for-money decisions. Responsibilities include gathering and analysing Technology, Data, and AI cost data such as cloud consumption, AI token usage, SaaS subscriptions, infrastructure charges, licences, and supplier commitments.
You will build and maintain FinOps metrics, dashboards, and reporting packs that provide visibility of spend usage, cost drivers, resource utilisation, service ownership, environments, and business-area allocation. Producing regular FinOps reports and supporting spend and usage trend analysis to identify variances, risks, and opportunities will be key.
Additional duties include supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, assisting with spend and usage data reviews to identify cost trends and anomalies, maintaining accurate tagging, cost allocation, ownership information, and financial records as part of FinOps governance.
Collaboration across technology, procurement, and finance teams to improve the quality and accuracy of technology cost information is essential. You will communicate data and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with support from senior team members where appropriate.
