About the Role
ITV Studios is a global home for handpicked individuals with the freedom to deliver the unexpected every day. Our Marketing team is at the heart of ITV Studios, ensuring our brands and shows get primary consideration and competitive advantage. The Brand Experiences and Engagement team is a multi award-winning in-house group responsible for bringing our shows, brand, and business to life across the world through industry-leading, commercially-focused experiences aligned with Sales teams and customers worldwide. This includes consumer activations, programme premieres, experiential events, and creative retreats, all supported by strong customer journeys and data-driven engagement.
As Junior Producer, you will work across a portfolio of events alongside Producers, supporting flagship experiences such as MIPCOM and ITV Studios Festivals, as well as delivering allocated projects like Screenings and Management Away Days. Your responsibilities will include detailed project planning and documentation, venue sourcing (including international venues), health and safety oversight, and budget management. You will manage guestlists and delegate registration using Salesforce and internal systems, coordinate travel and accommodation for delegates (often international and for over 100 people), and lead on the creative development of event assets and branded materials.
You will keep up to date with industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the team, contribute to brainstorms, and act as a brand ambassador for Brand Experiences and ITV Studios Marketing. Collaboration with the wider Marketing team, senior stakeholders, and external partners is key to delivering objectives and elevating our activity to the next level. Compliance with ITV policies, including the Bribery Act and Hospitality policies, is essential.
A passion for current trends not only in events but also in lifestyle areas such as restaurants, theatre, advertising, venues, exhibitions, and experiential activity will help you thrive in this role.
