Key responsibilities include:
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head chef, ensuring food safety standards are always met.
- Station Management: Oversee production of all dishes assigned to your station, maintain supplies, and ensure cleanliness in line with policies.
- Quality Control: Maintain high quality standards for all dishes, focusing on presentation and taste.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members, support colleagues, and coach junior chefs to aid their development.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the head chef to develop and taste new recipes, offering suggestions for improvement and innovation.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the kitchen and your designated area clean and organized, ensuring equipment is in good working order.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Junior Sous Chef or in a similar role.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
