As a Skincare Specialist, you will design and execute engaging skincare events and activations that excite customers about Kiehl's products. You will provide expert coaching and guidance to team members, deliver personalized skincare consultations, and consistently execute the Kiehl's service model to ensure a welcoming and tailored customer experience.

You will confidently demonstrate products, share Kiehl's heritage, and maintain a strong understanding of the latest skincare and wellness trends. Your role will also involve achieving sales targets, building authentic client relationships both in-store and digitally, promoting events and brand activities, and representing Kiehl's with passion and professionalism.

Operational excellence is key, including teamwork, training participation, completing administrative tasks, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and merchandising at the counter.

Experience
Passion for skincare and experience in providing personalized advice is highly valued. Previous retail or skincare experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
