Key responsibilities include dishwashing (by hand or industrial dishwasher), cleaning and sanitising kitchen surfaces and food preparation areas, emptying rubbish bins and ensuring proper waste disposal, assisting chefs with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping and slicing, managing inventory by receiving, storing and organising kitchen supplies, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards by keeping the kitchen clean and equipment in good working order.

Experience
No formal experience required, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications
No formal education required, though a high school diploma or equivalent may be preferred.
Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation practices is a plus.
Must hold a full UK driving licence.
