Key responsibilities include dishwashing by hand or industrial dishwasher, cleaning and sanitising kitchen surfaces and equipment, assisting chefs with basic food preparation tasks, managing kitchen inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards to maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.

Experience
No formal experience required, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.

Physically fit with stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude and motivated to work in a harmonious, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications
No formal education required, though a high school diploma or equivalent may be preferred.
Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation practices is a plus.
