About the Role
Are you aged 15-18 and passionate about creating stunning visuals? Framestore, a world leader in visual storytelling, invites you to join our Launchpad Insights work experience programme. This immersive opportunity offers hands-on experience in filmmaking and visual effects, allowing you to work alongside industry experts on real projects. You will gain exclusive behind-the-scenes access to our studio, participate in interactive workshops and inspirational talks on concept art, CG modelling, and more. This programme is designed for newcomers—no prior experience required—just bring your creativity, ideas, and enthusiasm. You will collaborate on a project responding to a brief, network with professionals and fellow participants, and get a true sense of what it’s like to bring stories to life on screen.

Important Notes
This is an unpaid work experience programme focused on exposure and learning. Availability is limited and placements are competitive. During the week, you will be exposed to confidential work in progress on film, TV, and commercial projects. It is essential to respect confidentiality by not taking photographs inside the building except in the reception area and not disclosing any information seen during the programme.
