We are seeking a Lead Supplier API Account Manager with strong expertise in API integration technology to manage the technical onboarding of new supplier integration accounts. This role involves overseeing electronic communications between Viator and supplier reservation systems, resolving complex integration issues, and collaborating closely with product, engineering, customer service, and supply teams.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Supplier Connectivity, you will manage multiple high-value accounts, lead end-to-end API integration testing, and ensure smooth operation of the supplier connectivity platform. A deep understanding of API technologies including SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON is essential. You will be responsible for collecting requirements, configuration, testing, and monitoring integrations, while mentoring team members and maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Experience
- 5+ years in IT support, operations, or account management, preferably in a web services or B2B technical environment
- Proven technical competence working with APIs and integration technologies
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence relationships
- Experience facilitating discussions both in person and via conference calls
- Skilled in communicating technical details to diverse audiences
- Experience working in complex, multi-channel business environments
- Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams across multiple time zones
