About the Role

We are recruiting a Logistics Operative to join a busy construction site logistics team in Richmond. This role is vital to ensuring smooth site operations including materials movement, waste management, and maintaining safe and efficient logistics on site. You will work as part of an experienced team where health and safety, organisation, and communication are essential. Key responsibilities include coordinating waste removal and site logistics, supporting site water and environmental management plans, ensuring compliance with site signage and safety rules, supporting fire safety systems, managing logistics routes and storage areas, ensuring safe segregation of pedestrians and machinery, handling materials and deliveries, and providing general site logistics support.
Experience
Valid CSCS Card (essential). Previous construction or labouring experience is desirable.
About you
Reliable, punctual, and hard-working with a strong awareness of health and safety on site. Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to learn and develop within construction and logistics roles.
Qualifications
CSCS Card is required. Other formal qualifications are not mandatory but progression opportunities are available into Logistics Supervision and Site Management.
