£40,649 per annum to £44,825 per annum (London weighted salary) depending on experience

About the Role
Join our Maintenance Services Team at L&Q as a Maintenance Supervisor covering South and Southwest areas including Brixton, Peckham, Lambeth, Southwark, and surrounding areas. This role focuses on voids delivery, management, and surveying. You will manage and liaise with contractors, reporting directly to the Area Voids Manager. Your responsibilities will include the day-to-day running of void repairs, pre-inspections, post-inspections, compliance, and work in progress (WIP) in line with standards and KPIs. You will provide advice and instruction to contractors and operatives on complex jobs, ensuring high levels of professional, customer-focused service. Experience
Experience in managing voids, contractor management, and compliance.

About you
You should be able to motivate contractors, work effectively under pressure, and challenge when necessary. A sound knowledge of Health and Safety, including Asbestos, Fire, and Hygiene, is essential. You will have knowledge of trades and maintenance, the voids process, and the inspection/surveying process. Excellent customer service skills and clear communication abilities are required.

Qualifications
A Full Clean UK Driving License is required.
