About the Role
London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Marketing Manager to join the Digital & Securities Markets (DSM) business marketing team, focusing primarily on the London Stock Exchange including Equity, Fixed Income, Funds and Issuer Services. This fixed term contract role (6 months) offers a high-impact opportunity to shape and deliver go-to-market strategies across the exchange. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team and business stakeholders to manage the full marketing mix including events, partnerships, content, channel strategy, amplification, and messaging. The role involves owning strategic marketing plans, executing integrated campaigns, and championing innovation to elevate the London Stock Exchange’s brand presence within the global financial community. You will also share best practices across the business and Client Account Management (CAM) teams, ensuring cohesive messaging and impactful campaign delivery aligned with business objectives and market trends.
Experience
Minimum 5 years proven experience in a B2B marketing environment, preferably with a background in finance or capital markets. Demonstrated ability to influence both business and marketing partners effectively. Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and managing end-to-end campaign delivery.

Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity when developing marketing campaigns. Comfortable writing copy for social media and email communications. Interest in capital markets and understanding of the London Stock Exchange’s role in the financial ecosystem. Self-starting, ambitious, and international approach with a strong client and member focus. High attention to detail, accuracy, and initiative. Resilient and self-motivated, able to maintain composure under pressure and work collaboratively. Flexibility to adapt to changing dynamics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, or related fields. Technical skills including ability to analyse data and make informed decisions. Familiarity or willingness to learn Adobe Suite, Workfront, Eloqua, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, MS Office, and Salesforce is preferred.
Preferred
Interest in capital markets, retail investing, and financial literacy is advantageous.
