- Marketing Operations: Manage and optimize marketing technology stack, build automated workflows, maintain data hygiene, develop dashboards, and implement best practices.
- Product Marketing: Develop product knowledge, create marketing collateral, conduct market research, support product launches, and contribute to customer story development.
- Customer Advocacy: Manage advocate database, coordinate advocacy opportunities, monitor program performance, and improve workflows.
- Partner Marketing: Support go-to-market activities with strategic partners, develop campaigns, coordinate marketing programs, and explore AI applications.
- Digital Marketing: Plan and optimize digital campaigns, manage advertising platforms, analyze performance data, coordinate with teams and agencies, and explore emerging technologies.
- Demand Generation & Sales Development: Support customer journey from campaign engagement to pipeline development, conduct research, qualify leads, collaborate across teams, and monitor KPIs.
