About the Role
The MASH Team Manager will lead and manage the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) within Children’s Services. This pivotal role involves overseeing the coordination and delivery of safeguarding services, ensuring timely and effective responses to child protection concerns. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a dedicated team, promoting best practice, and working collaboratively with partner agencies to safeguard children and vulnerable adults. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to promoting the welfare of children and young people. Appointment to this post will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). Interviews are scheduled for the week commencing 21st September 2026.
