About the Role
The Senior Practitioner will provide advanced social work practice within the Families First; Family Help Service, holding a reduced caseload comprising the most complex children and families requiring statutory intervention. This role involves working closely with families to ensure their needs are met through statutory intervention and support.

Requirements

Experience
Applicants should have advanced social work practice experience, particularly working with complex children and families requiring statutory intervention. For a full list of essential and desirable criteria, please refer to the Person Specification within the Job Description.

About you
You should be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. Enthusiasm for working within a diverse community and the ability to manage complex cases with professionalism and empathy are essential. A willingness to engage in coaching and mentoring programmes is desirable.
