About the Role

At BaxterStorey, every interaction is an opportunity to create a lasting impression. We are looking for a Meeting & Events Manager who inspires their team to exceed expectations at every turn.
As part of an exciting events operations team, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and profitability of events, managing and coordinating the team during events, and working closely with the sales team and clients to deliver seamless experiences. You will lead the front of house operation on assigned events, providing comprehensive briefings to all team members involved.
Our events range from small T&C bookings to fine dining dinners, canapés and drinks receptions, afternoon teas, working breakfasts and lunches, buffets for up to 200 guests, and large summits with hundreds of attendees. We operate across a variety of London venues hosting both internal and external events, including unique occasions and delegations from around the world.

Experience
Previous experience commensurate with the role is required.
A contagious passion for food and customer service.
Proven ability to manage, train, and support a team effectively.
Financially astute with strong analytical skills to create and maintain budgets and drive commercial performance.
