About the Role
The WTW M&A Practice specializes in providing advice and insurance placement services to investor clients. As a Mergers & Acquisitions Due Diligence Consultant, you will source and manage projects delivering risk and insurance due diligence services for WTW M&A clients.

You will develop and maintain strong client relationships, seek new business opportunities, and manage communications between clients and the WTW M&A Practice. Understanding client business needs and building trusted adviser relationships to generate repeat revenue is key.

Project management responsibilities include evaluating fees and scope, delivering due diligence reports, coordinating WTW appointments and placement services, and leveraging WTW specialists to benefit clients. You will collect and coordinate data, review contractual documents and peer diligence reports, take ownership of projects, and provide proactive, high-quality service. Deliverables include formal reports supplemented by calls and presentations as required.

Compliance with WTW M&A protocols, FCA regulations, and internal procedures is essential. You will ensure quality, accuracy, proper file keeping, conflict management, confidentiality, and timely recording of project hours.
