About the Role
M Group is committed to delivering essential infrastructure services while prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction in a friendly and respectful environment. As part of our Metering team at M Group Energy, you will join the leading provider of metering services in the UK energy retail sector. Our meter readers install, maintain, and manage meters to ensure accurate billing and monitor energy usage patterns. Initially, you will participate in a structured training program before moving into the field. Your day will start by signing into your handheld device and planning your route. You will walk or drive from property to property, ensuring safety for yourself and customers. You will read meters, record information accurately, and provide excellent customer service while working independently with support from your field manager and the wider metering team.

Experience
Self-motivated and energetic, ideally from a background involving driving, managing appointments, and working outdoors.

About you
A full UK driving licence (not required in London). Ability to work to timescales and under pressure. Ability to walk several miles every day. Must pass screening and vetting standards, provide 5 years of employment history, and pass a DBS check.
