About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Multi-Trader to join Camden’s in-house Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) team. You’ll play a key role in supporting heating installations across our housing stock, ensuring homes are left safe, clean, and finished to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include boxing in new pipework, patch plastering walls, minor tiling, decorating, and general making-good works to treat residents’ homes with care and respect. You will also support gas engineers on-site with two-person tasks, materials handling, and clean-up.
Key duties include completing making-good works following heating installations, assisting gas engineers with lifting and preparation tasks, maintaining tools and vehicle stock, delivering excellent customer service in residents’ homes, reporting safeguarding or property concerns, and working flexibly across trades to meet the daily needs of the service.
Flexible working options are available and open to discussion.
Come and meet us! Join us at our Holmes Road depot in Camden on Friday 3 October from 9:30am for a chance to meet the team, learn about our new service, and see what it’s like to work with us. Drop in any time, we’d love to see you!
