Field-based role with approximately 60% of time spent working in neighbourhoods. Agile working tools used to support residents and communities. Flexible working required including possible participation in an out-of-hours emergency rota.

About the Role
As a Neighbourhood Manager at Peabody, you will be the face of the organisation within your neighbourhoods, working closely with residents, partners, and colleagues to ensure homes and communities are safe, well-managed, and desirable places to live. This varied and rewarding role involves managing tenancy issues, supporting vulnerable residents, tackling local challenges, and improving resident satisfaction through a visible and proactive neighbourhood management service. You will deliver a high-quality housing management service, build strong relationships with residents and community groups, manage tenancy and neighbourhood issues including safeguarding and anti-social behaviour, and carry out estate inspections, welcome visits, and community engagement activities. This is a fixed-term contract until 30th April 2027.

Experience
Experience delivering excellent customer service within housing, community services, or a similar customer-focused environment.

Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage a varied workload, and make sound decisions. Commitment to improving customer outcomes with an understanding of housing management, tenancy management, or community engagement.

Qualifications
Desirable qualifications include knowledge of UK Housing Law relating to residential tenancies, housing qualifications such as CIH/CIOH, and community language skills.
