About the Role
Here at BaxterStorey we have an exciting opportunity for a talented Operations Manager to develop and lead a team of Account and General Managers across the London region, delivering exceptional hospitality and catering services to our clients. You will oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring world-class standards, operational efficiency, and financial delivery. Requirements

Experience
Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site operations within the catering and hospitality industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and customer insights to shape winning strategies.
Track record of driving innovation in food services and embracing new trends.
Experience in leading health & safety, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
