About the Role
Join the inclusive and welcoming community at Frith Manor Primary School as a Level 2 EYFS Teaching Assistant. You will support nursery-aged children (3–4 years) in a stimulating and nurturing environment set within beautiful green grounds. This permanent role offers the opportunity to work within a highly professional EYFS team, contributing to the children’s early development and learning. The school provides excellent outdoor spaces and resources to enhance early years education and is easily accessible via public transport. Experience
Proven experience working with nursery-aged children (3–4 years), ideally in a school setting. Working knowledge of Tapestry or a similar online learning journal system to document observations.

About you
Good understanding of the EYFS framework and positive behaviour management. Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and proactive approach to team working.

Qualifications
A full and relevant Level 2 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (e.g., NVQ Level 2, CACHE, or equivalent).
