About the Role
Join our Passenger Assistance team at one of the world’s busiest airports and be the reason our passengers enjoy a smooth, memorable, and stress-free journey. You will assist passengers requiring support to and from the aircraft, including those with limited mobility, visual or hearing impairments, or anyone needing extra help. Your role will involve delivering outstanding service every step of the way, ensuring a calm and professional experience in a busy environment. Imagine planes as your office view and every shift bringing a new story.

You will assist passengers through the airport on foot, by wheelchair, or electric buggy depending on their needs, transfer passengers on and off the aircraft using safe manual handling techniques, push wheelchairs, and assist with luggage.
