About the Role

We are looking for a People Business Partner to join us and help shape our hospitality legacy while building a rewarding career.

In this generalist HR role, you will work closely with Senior Operations teams to develop and implement the BaxterStorey UK People Plan supporting current and future business growth. You will provide coaching, consultation, and expertise across the full range of people services including staffing, talent management, engagement, employee relations, learning & development, and performance management to attract, engage, and retain employees.

Key responsibilities include acting as a trusted partner to Operations and team members, advising leaders on all aspects of the employment lifecycle, supporting performance management processes, identifying organisational design needs, partnering with recruitment, supporting onboarding and learning culture, conducting exit interviews, analysing engagement results, driving succession planning, presenting at regional meetings, managing people reports, ensuring governance on pay and benefits, representing the business in sales and tender presentations, partnering on employee relations matters, and proactively proposing innovative people initiatives.

Experience
Solid generalist HR experience partnering with the business at all levels
Demonstrable experience delivering people-related change initiatives
Good knowledge and experience of using HR systems
Experience with all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, learning & development, employee relations, and ED&I

About you
Ability to think creatively and work autonomously using your own initiative
Great influencing skills with credibility to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Commercially focused thinker at both operational and strategic levels

Qualifications
In-depth knowledge and understanding of HR policy, process, and employment legislation
CIPD qualification desirable
