About the Role

Each role will be aligned to distinct parts of the business – Facilities Management and Homes & Corporate Teams. As a People Business Partner, you will work directly with operational leaders, providing trusted advice and hands-on support to drive performance, engagement, and compliance. You will also lead a small team of HR Advisors to ensure managers receive timely, consistent, and high-quality employee relations support across the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for commercially focused, high-performing People Business Partners with experience in fast-paced, multi-site service organisations such as facilities management, hospitality, retail, or property.

Who we are

We are a people-first organisation with a value-driven culture that has remained consistent for thirty years, reflected in how we treat our employees and customers.

- Use workforce data and insight to inform decision-making and highlight risks and opportunities.

Employee Relations
- Oversee delivery of advice and casework, ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality.
- Provide escalation support and guidance for complex or sensitive employee issues, leading on disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management cases.
- Ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant handling of all employee relations issues.
- Review and strengthen policies, processes, and training to reduce employee relations risk.

Operational Improvement & Projects
- Drive process improvements within the People team to create a more efficient, business-aligned function.
- Lead or contribute to people-related projects such as organisational change, engagement, or policy updates.

Our Offer
We are committed to diversity and inclusion, welcoming applications from all backgrounds, particularly those representing the communities we serve.
