About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking a commercially focused People Business Partner to join our People Team. Reporting to the Group People Director, this role strengthens the connection between the People Team and the business, delivering a consistent, commercially aligned people service. The role supports our Homes & Corporate teams, working directly with operational leaders to provide trusted advice and hands-on support to drive performance, engagement, and compliance. You will also lead a small team of HR Advisors to ensure managers receive timely, consistent, and high-quality employee relations support.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Business Partner with a background in fast-paced, multi-site service organisations such as facilities management, hospitality, retail, or property. The role involves hybrid working with regular travel to our Holborn Head Office, Chelmsford office, and other locations across the UK.

Experience
- Substantial HR generalist experience at People Business Partner or equivalent level, ideally within a commercially focused, operational environment such as logistics, retail, services, or FM/property.
- Proven track record of leading complex employee relations cases to successful resolution.
- Experience in developing People teams.
- Knowledge of HR systems.
