As a Principal Product Analyst, you will be one of the leaders within the Product Analytics team, working closely with the Product Pod. You will be the lead analyst responsible for driving product improvements through data, analytics, and insight. A key element of your role will be leading Experimentation and A/B Testing, running analysis for tests using our in-house system and mentoring others.

Product Analytics at Viator focuses on finding opportunities to improve customer experience through Funnel, Feature, and Cohort Analysis. You will work with the Product Pod to provide insights that drive change, either through A/B Testing or product releases.

Supporting the Objectives and Key Results, you will play a key role in creating reporting, analytics, and insight views that help the team understand the product, customer, and commercial performance, while guiding others to do the same.

Customer segmentation, cohorts, and deep customer understanding are central to this role, as we serve diverse customer groups.

Experience
Significant experience in a related analytical role such as Product Analyst, Data Science (Product), CRO, Digital Analytics, or Experimentation Analyst.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field such as mathematics, economics, engineering, statistics, or computer science.
