About the Role
Private Wealth Management (PWM) secures, develops and manages relationships with high net worth individuals, their families, family offices and foundations. PWM assists clients with building and preserving their financial wealth by creating and implementing long-term asset allocation within the context of each client’s particular risk tolerance, and by providing access to innovative investment ideas and opportunities. PWM professionals develop customized investment strategies and offer a full array of wealth management products and services, including private banking and trust company services.
A Wealth Management Professional provides client service management support and operational support within the team in the implementation of new client accounts, trade execution, liquidity management, and ongoing maintenance of existing clients. You will leverage your operational background and experience to contribute to a growing business, work closely with Private Wealth Advisors and Sales teams to provide seamless transactional coverage of clients, and serve as a client point of contact for operational requests, account queries, and all service needs.
Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and executing new client onboarding, including account opening and required documentation; maintaining and updating existing client accounts through periodic reviews, standing instructions, and service requests; managing cash balances and private banking services in accounts; and executing, processing, and reconciling trading and other investment related transactions.
Experience
2-5 years of prior work experience in a relevant field.
Experience in a client facing role with a strong client service mindset.
Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Fluency in English is required; a second European or Middle Eastern language is desirable.
