Ready to take your career global? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Product Analyst to join our ever-evolving Product Compliance, Risk, and CDD team and help shape the future of global commerce. You will maintain and refine product backlogs, ensuring work is prioritized and aligned with business objectives. Collaborating with Engineering, Architecture, Compliance, Operations, Data Science, and business stakeholders, you will help deliver high-quality product enhancements. You will participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Your role includes analyzing business processes and recommending product improvements that increase detection effectiveness, operational efficiency, and customer value. You will coordinate feature delivery across multiple teams while identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement. Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, production validation, and release activities will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will create and maintain product documentation, process flows, and supporting artifacts, monitor product performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. You will assist with production issue analysis, root cause investigations, and resolution planning.
