The Product Development Assistant will support the Product Development team in bringing exceptional collections to life. This role is key to ensuring the smooth delivery of the end-to-end product development process by partnering closely with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain quality, accuracy and efficiency throughout the collection lifecycle. You will contribute to the craftsmanship, innovation and attention to detail that define our products, helping translate creative vision into commercial reality.
Responsibilities include maintaining and updating product information systems to ensure accuracy and consistency throughout collection development; partnering with Product Developers, manufacturers and suppliers to support timely delivery of prototypes, samples and production milestones; managing collection documentation and development records for clear visibility across teams; tracking development budgets and monitoring prototype, trial and sample costs; coordinating sample, swatch and archive management to maintain organised and accessible product libraries; and supporting fittings, meetings, shipments and day-to-day development activities to help deliver collections efficiently.
Experience
Experience supporting product development, merchandising or a related product function within fashion or luxury sectors.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of information accurately. Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, capable of managing multiple activities simultaneously. Clear and effective communication skills with confidence working across cross-functional teams and external partners. Commercial awareness including understanding of product cost management and budget tracking. Passion for product, craftsmanship and fashion, combined with a proactive and solutions-focused approach to work.
