About the Role
Meta Product Managers collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, solutions architects, data scientists, and customer-facing partners to take conversational AI agents from prototype to production at scale. This is a deeply technical, hands-on role for someone experienced in shipping and operating live agentic systems in front of real users. You will own end-to-end system design, evaluation, and continuous improvement while leading AI transformation with our largest partners. Responsibilities include leading and driving a complex product area by defining success metrics, prioritizing problems, and identifying optimal strategies within the wider organizational context. You will adapt strategies based on learnings and changing environments, drive consensus on prioritization, and critically evaluate when AI is the best solution, articulating tradeoffs, risks, and second-order effects.

You will translate AI capabilities into compelling product visions that create differentiated value and develop AI-native strategies with comprehensive evaluation and data plans to enable continuous improvement. Working with cross-functional teams, you will define product vision, develop roadmaps, drive progress against goals and milestones, resolve challenges, and improve team effectiveness. You will identify opportunities and dependencies across adjacent product areas, reimagine workflows using AI tools to increase velocity and capability, and foster a culture of rapid experimentation and learning.

Scaling AI best practices, workflows, and artifacts across product teams will be key to compounding organizational capability. You will support the growth of other PMs and team members through mentorship and coaching on AI-native practices, influence strategy across partner functions, and orchestrate complex execution combining AI automation with strategic human oversight to reduce toil while maintaining quality and accountability. Clear communication of product strategy and progress to all stakeholders is essential.

You will independently use AI-enabled tools to build product artifacts for prototyping, validation, or shipping. Interpreting research and state-of-the-art learnings, you will design product strategy applying rigorous logical reasoning. A deep understanding of system and architecture trade-offs and their impact on user experience and business outcomes is required to lead credible technical discussions with engineering partners. You will gather and analyze user research and market data to inform product decisions and influence the broader product organization.

Designing sophisticated experiments, interpreting results with AI-accelerated analysis, and driving concrete product decisions are core to this role. You will define and run evaluations to interpret model outputs and adjust execution based on learnings, establishing evaluation as a first-class product practice across teams.
