About the Role
Meta is on a mission to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together. To deliver on that mission responsibly, we need to earn and maintain the trust of everyone who uses our products — and that starts with how we handle their data. The product risk organization at Meta shapes how regulations will govern an entire industry for decades to come. We're building the frameworks, tooling, and culture that embed responsible data practices into every product decision across the company.
In this role, you'll operate at the intersection of product strategy, regulatory complexity, and engineering at scale. You will own ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces — driving clarity where there is none, influencing cross-functional partners across the organization, and setting the standard for how Meta meets its obligations with increasing efficiency and craft. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on navigating complexity, brings strong product judgment to novel regulatory landscapes, and can translate external requirements into scalable product solutions.
You will be responsible for leading and driving a complex product area; defining success, prioritizing problems, and identifying the best strategies while considering the wider organizational and company context. You will adapt and adjust your strategies to reflect learnings and changes in context. You will identify and drive consensus on how to prioritize and realize the most significant opportunities in your product area, including knowing when to start and stop investments.
Working with a cross-functional team, you will define a product vision, develop a roadmap, drive progress against goals and milestones, resolve challenges and blockers, improve team health, and enhance team effectiveness. You will actively identify opportunities and resolve dependencies by creating shared strategies across teams in adjacent product areas. Gathering and analyzing user research and market analysis will inform your product decisions and influence the wider product organization.
You will influence strategy and progress across partner functions, enhancing collaboration and resolving divergent goals. Clear and concise communication of product strategy and progress to all stakeholders is essential. Additionally, you will support the growth of other Product Managers and cross-functional team members by providing mentorship and coaching.

- Extensive experience communicating complex messages clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience presenting to senior executive audiences
- Experience in Risk, Trust, Compliance, or similar fields
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
