About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, passionate and driven Global Travel Retail (GTR) Product Marketing Executive to join us on a 12 month fixed-term contract. You will play a central role in adapting global product and category priorities into robust marketing plans for GTR. Your focus will be supporting the Marketing team to drive the product marketing strategy from category management to shaping product priorities to accelerate sell-in and sell-out in GTR, as well as building strong product expertise and translating product and category insights into compelling GTR plans.

Key responsibilities include:
- Reporting monthly competitor reviews for product, activations and TREX to ensure the Marketing team has a full overview of market activity and trends
- Maintaining the product marketing calendar with OCD and key product information
- Reporting monthly sell-out category and product analysis, including new product launches
- Supporting NPD forecast with market and product insights, considering seasonality and distribution evolution
- Coordinating launch, discontinuation and range transition strategies with cross-functional teams to ensure visibility across the full GTR team
- Building strong product and category knowledge across NPD and Core to support GTR category strategy, assortment priorities, launch phasing and retailer plans
- Managing retailer allocation for every NPD launch and tracking performance weekly
- Partnering with Trade Marketing to shape retailer and channel plans that bring product strategy to life and drive category ambition
- Supporting development of travel-exclusive sets including range proposals, commercial rationale, volume forecasts, launch timing and retailer allocation plans
- Liaising with Global and Education teams to share product insights, claims and performance learnings
- Supporting development of NPD strategy presentations for retailer meetings
- Assisting in forecasting and managing TOA & sampling plans across launches and core priorities, aligning quantities, timings and retailer allocations with campaign objectives and budgets
- Monitoring NPD, Core and travel-exclusive performance across sell-in, sell-out, stock and forecast accuracy, turning data into clear actions and recommendations
- Supporting demand planning, challenging inputs, tracking forecast accuracy and identifying risks, opportunities and rephasing needs

Who you will work with
You will report into the Senior Marketing Manager, Global Travel Retail and work closely with GTR Marketing, Commercial, VM and Education teams as well as Global Marketing.

Requirements

Experience
- Relevant experience in product, category, commercial planning or trade marketing
- Experience in Beauty, Retail or Travel Retail is advantageous
- Experience building or managing forecasts, demand plans, allocations or assortment plans

About you
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with confidence using Excel to manage detailed data
- Ability to interpret sales and forecast data and translate into clear actions and marketing recommendations
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple launches, deadlines and data inputs accurately
- Excellent communicator and collaborative team player, confident in turning product and commercial insights into clear presentations and influencing cross-functional partners
- Proactive, results-focused, able to prioritise effectively and comfortable adapting in a fast-paced environment
